Funciones y responsabilidades

• Prepare, review and negotiate contracts, or other legal documents with an acceptable level of risks.

• Support the business in all legal and contractual matters including claim management, dispute settlement.

• Contractual and legal evaluation of tender documents.

• Support the business on litigation, arbitration or other dispute matters.

• Handling of corporate law matters.

Requisitos

• Conversational English.

• Expertise in contract law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.

• Proficiency in legal risk assessment tools and document management systems.

• Ability to draft and negotiate complex agreements using digital contract platforms.

• Strong understanding of international trade law and public procurement frameworks.

• Capacity to translate legal insights into actionable business strategies.
